Amazing variety in the tall tube. Especially love the smoked one. A little goes a long way, but gives extra special flavor to almost anything, even ice cream!
I got both the Beechwood smoked salt and sea salt. The flavor enhancement and grill-like taste is delicious!

I received the salts, and I must say, I didn't have big expectations (it is just salt, right?). MAN, OH MAN - WAS I WRONG!!!! I prepared two dishes - a lovely filet mignon and also a gorgeous piece of Sockeye Salmon using different salts. My favorite was the African Beechwood Smoked Salt-- it blew me away. I'm so glad I got the Zambezi Series to try many.

Got this as a gift for my dad as well as the Sacred Soutini and he loves both, but especially this one. It has a wonderful smoky taste and flavor, as well as an undertone of citrus.
Was able to sample this salt in a boutique in Zimbabwe a couple of weeks ago. I would have loved to purchase it then but it was twice the price in the boutique than it was from the website. I will be purchasing again!
