N/UM founders, Chef Kudzai and Awa’s fortuitous meeting in Zurich many years ago, not only sparked a great friendship, but unearthed a deeply shared passion for Africa and her story in both of them. The simple idea to revolutionize African’s image thru its gastronomy was born and so began a powerful adventure.
