Flame grilled lamb chops with Kgalagadi Ancient Salt

Ingredients:
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Kgalagadi Ancient Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Mix the olive oil, garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture onto both sides of the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Sprinkle Kgalagadi Ancient Salt over the lamb chops just before serving.
