I absolutely love the Smoked Salt & Black Truffle. I added it to my jollof rice, and it gave me that familiar smoky jollof taste. It’s also perfect on meat and fish when you’re craving that BBQ flavor. Amazing salt, and a little goes a long way. Honestly, it’s hard not to put it on everything once you get it.
I had all types of salt, but THIS!!!! The texture is smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced — not too harsh or overpowering. It adds a natural depth of flavor to every dish, and I can really taste the purity and quality. A little goes a long way, and I love that it’s sustainably sourced. Definitely a kitchen staple!
I love the salt. You can taste how authentic it is. I put it on just about everything. I don’t even use regular salt anymore. I got one for myself and then some others as gifts.
The product is fantastic!!! The smoke flavor tastes like right out of the smoker ready for the cole slaw. I cook for 2 and I need to use very little salt for great flavor, so be careful.
This salt is very smokey. It is not overpowering in cooking at all. Just a lovely product.
